Words on Wisdom

I believe that wisdom is hugely underrated in our society.  One of the reasons I set off on this journey is to work on developing some of my own wisdom.

Wisdom can come from many different places, and in Buddhism it is considered to come in three different forms:

  1. Sutamaya Panna – Information (books, teachings)
  2. Cintamaya Panna – Intelligence (knowledge acquired through thinking and reasoning).
  3. Bhavanamaya Panna – Insight

This section includes some learnings I picked up during my travels, and certain things that resonated from books I’ve read.  I hope to be able to share my own unique wisdom as it develops.
