I’ve recently become an advocate of going back to basics, of following the rules of life that our ancestors followed. Although we may be living in quite a different world today from when we first evolved, our bodies and brains have not really changed that much. In our crazy, busy, overcomplicated world, sometimes the best way forward can be going back to the simplest things.
